Mix breed terrier, who hated her picture taken (she'd shake every time she saw the camera) so there are very few pictures of her.

We obtained Duchess (a shepherd spaniel cross?) from our boarding stable who was fostering her for the county humane society. Duchess was believed to be about 1.5 years old, probably a bit older. It was obvious that she had recently had a litter of puppies. We got her around 1994, so she was probably born about 1992. She passed away at home on April 19, 2001.
While Duchess loved squeeky toys, nothing beat a good stick!
