I was born deep in the heart of Texas; Austin to be exact.  I share my birthdate with the 16th president of the United States, President Abraham Lincoln, February 12, only I was born in 1999.  I have one brother (Apache) and one sister (Aime), I am the oldest:-)

My Daddy is CH U-CD HR Legacy's Mountain Sprite UDT, OA, AD, SchH3, IPO1, FH, HIC, CKC CD. But those of us who love him just call him Justin.  My Mommy is Ch Sanjen Gran La Feminissima or Fem.  You can see pictures of them, read my full pedigree, and find out all sorts of stuff about the Belgian Tervuren by going to Sprite's
website.

You can also learn more about the breed in specific by going to the ABTC website.  ABTC stands for the American Belgian Tervuren Club and they know a lot about us Tervs:-)

I enjoy a life full of fun and games, and I love to work.  I love obedience, agility, frisbee, and lying on my air-conditioning vent.  I'm totally ball crazy and love to cool off in my kiddie pool. Not that I'm bragging or anything, but my Mommy, Linda, thinks I'm the smartest and most handsome dog in the whole world!

Speaking about the whole world, my very bestest doggie friend (don't tell Duchess) was my buddy Alfa.  Alfa was another Belgian Tervuren like myself, only he has a most important position in his home.  You see, he was an Assistance Dog:-)  He has been helping to open doors in the UK to people with unseen disabilities. He wears one of those harnesses and gets to go everywhere his Servant, Sorinda, goes.  Alfa's real name is CORNDAEL OUT OF THE STARS, SD, CGC.  His Daddy is Ch. Out of the Gloom and his Mommy is Corndael Driftin Mist.  In case you can't tell, Alfa is my HERO:-)

Now, I mentioned Duchess.  She was my adopted sister.  She passed away a few years back.  She was my bestest friend in the whole wide world!

I earned my first obedience title (CD) and I also earned my Canine Good Citizenship award (CGC).

Well, I don't have much more to say right now, so I'd best be off.  Oh, by the way, I've already been told that dog's can't type.  All I can say to that is you can see my picture at the puter, and you're reading this aren't you;-)

You can see more pictures of me at various stages of my life. For those who don't know NADM Farms is where I went to learn obedience and agility.  It stands for Never a Dull Moment, and we never did have one when we were there.

How do you know?
A special THANK YOU goes to the folks at Rainbowsbridge.com who run a fantastic forum for  those who're experiencing the loss of a beloved pet.  It is a free forum and chat room and open to those who just need a shoulder to cry on.  The folks there are kind, and understanding.   Not only do they have forums, but they also have articles on knowing when it's time, and that sort of thing.
